The New Hope Fellowship Technical Ministry Team (TMT) is a subgroup of the Praise And Worship Team sort of like the Seals are a subgroup of the US Navy.  Part of the whole and yet set apart in purpose and function to do the behind the scenes work that helps make the music and those who carry the message sound better.   They also help to make the video march in time with the song or the subject at hand.
